A Kharkivite will protect Google from cyber-attacks

 Nick Belogorskiy became the new director on Trust and Safety team at Google.

Ukrainian investor Nick Belogorskiy announced that he headed the Trust and Safety team at Google.

«I have an announcement, I am now the new director on Trust and Safety team at Google. Excited to join my great Googler friends and to work with the legendary security VP Kristie Canegallo who served on the National Security Council staff under President Bush and Obama, and was Obama’s deputy chief of staff», — admitted Nick Belogorskiy at his Facebook.

He promised to fight for safer and more secure Internet for everyone.

Reference. Belogorskiy was born in Kharkiv, but after school he moved to Canada, then to the USA. Belogorskiy worked at Facebook in the position of Chief Malware Expert, engaged in the protection of network accounts, but he left the company in order to join Cyphort as a co-founder. Later Juniper bought this company. He is an early investor of Uber, in his portfolio also — several Ukrainian projects: Petcube, Rallyware, Capitan, Ecoisme and People.ai.
